Frequently asked questions
How the kit works, what goes into it, and how your order is handled.
The basics
What is Tenure?
Tenure is a two-part hair density kit. It pairs a daily serum, built on the RCP Complex and GHK-Cu copper peptide, with a reusable needle infuser that delivers the serum into the scalp once a week.
Who is it for?
Men noticing thinning at the hairline or crown, a receding temple, or more hair in the drain than usual. It works best on areas where hair is thinning but still present.
How long until I see results?
Hair grows in slow cycles, so consistency matters. Expect less shedding first, usually within 6 to 8 weeks, with visible density changes from around month 3. Results vary from person to person. Take a photo on day one in the same lighting so you have an honest comparison.
Is it minoxidil-free and finasteride-free?
Yes. Tenure contains neither, and nothing in the kit is taken by mouth. Everything is applied to the scalp.
Are there side effects?
The most common reaction is mild redness after using the infuser, which usually settles within a few hours. If you have sensitive skin, patch test on your forearm first, and stop use if irritation lasts.
Can I use it with minoxidil or finasteride?
Yes. Tenure works on its own or alongside an existing routine. Apply other topicals at a different time of day, and only ever load Tenure serum into the infuser. If you take anything prescribed, check with your doctor first.
Using the kit
How do I use it?
Every day, apply one full dropper to the thinning areas of a dry scalp and massage it in. Once a week, fill the infuser with serum and press it across the same areas in slow, even passes.
Does the infuser hurt?
Most people describe it as a light prickling. The needles are 0.5 mm and press straight into the skin, so there is no dragging or scraping.
Will it make my hair greasy?
No. The serum has a light water base that absorbs in a few minutes. Once it dries, style your hair as usual.
How do I clean the infuser?
Rinse it under warm water after each use, soak the needle head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes, then let it air dry. Keep it for your use only.
How long does one kit last?
One 30 mL bottle lasts about a month with daily use. The infuser is reusable and does not need replacing each month.

Ingredients and specifics
What is in the serum?
The RCP Complex (Redensyl, Capixyl and Procapil), GHK-Cu copper peptide, saw palmetto extract and panthenol, in a light water base. The full ingredient list is printed on the box.
What does the RCP Complex do?
Each active has a separate role. Redensyl works on the stem cells at the base of the follicle, Capixyl supports a calmer scalp environment, and Procapil helps anchor hair in place. Together they target thinning from more than one angle.
What is GHK-Cu, and why is the serum blue?
GHK-Cu is a copper peptide that supports the scalp tissue surrounding each follicle. The copper is also what gives the serum its blue color.
Why an infuser instead of a derma roller?
Rollers enter the skin at an angle and drag as they turn, which leaves uneven channels. The infuser presses straight in and releases serum through the needles in the same motion, so the formula reaches the scalp instead of sitting on the surface.
Is extra shedding normal at the start?
Some people notice more hair in the shower during the first few weeks as hairs move through their natural cycle. It is usually temporary. If it continues past two months, get in touch.
What happens if I stop using it?
Genetic thinning is ongoing. Tenure supports your hair while you use it, so consistent use is what maintains your results.
Will it work on completely bald areas?
Tenure works best where hair is thinning but still growing. Smooth areas that have been bald for years are unlikely to respond.
Can I use it after a hair transplant?
Yes, once your surgeon clears you. Wait until the grafts have fully healed before using the infuser, and ask your surgeon when to start the daily serum.
Can women use Tenure?
Tenure is formulated with men in mind, but women can use it too. If you are pregnant or nursing, speak with your doctor first.
